The Carer of the Year competition ends in September 2024 and the prize draw will be announced in October 2024.
Each month each office nominates a Senior Care Worker and these nominations will all go into the prize draw. Reasons for nominations are work ethic, compliments from customers, helping out roster if a colleague becomes unwell, covering annual leave for colleagues, politeness, keeping on top of Policy & Procedure knowledge and adhering to Vitality Home Health ethos. The prize is a £500 voucher for each office. If we can kind of say if you have a favourite Senior Care Giver, feel free to contact the office and name them with your reasons. Customer compliments will go a long way in helping the office staff to make their decision.
