KICA, Kent Independent Care Alliance host this prestigious event at Great Danes Hotel in Maidstone.

Tara Lawrence – Workforce Development Award
Tara has excelled any expectation is the development of our training schemes, in welcoming International staff to our team, ensuring they fully understand our ethos and carry out the quality care that our customers have become accustomed to.
Tina Payne – Community Care Champion Award
Tina is the complete champion in regards to ensuring the staff work diligently within the community, ensuring they receive the correct level of support to provide outstanding care to our customers. Tina has each customers outcome engraved on her heart and manages all expectations brilliantly.
