Dr Manpinder Singh Sahota
“I attended Dartford Grammar School and qualified from St George’s Hospital Medical School in 1994. For the last 20 years, I have worked as a GP in Gravesend. I will always see and treat you as a whole person, not just a name on a list or a condition. We will never use a blanket approach, but get to know your individual healthcare needs, interests, likes and dislikes. Then we can provide holistic, personalised care to promote your health and wellbeing in the comfort of your own home. My vision is to train our carergivers to provide outstanding personalised healthcare. And to help the people we care for to live an active, fulfilled and stimulating life. This journey has led me to develop a Domiciliary Care Company that delivers high-quality preventative, pro-active care at home. This has paved the way for VitalityCare and the VitalityLifestyle programme, a service developed to enable you to live the life you would like to, with the care and support of the Vitality team.”
