We’re here for anyone who needs some extra support at home. Our care is GP-assisted and all our caregivers are highly trained and experienced – so you can be sure your well-being is our top priority. But we offer more than that. We want to help you live a life that’s as independent, active and rewarding as possible. We see you as the whole person you are and tailor our care packages to what you want and need, helping you get the most from every day.
Who do we support?
You may need care because you’re getting older and day-to-day tasks are becoming less manageable. Or perhaps you or a loved one has dementia and needs help to stay independent and fulfilled. If you or a family member has a learning or physical disability, we are experts in this field. And we can be with you at the end of life, helping to make sure this time is as peaceful and meaningful as you wish.
Sometimes, you might just need some short-term care. Perhaps you need some extra help after a hospital stay or to help you adjust at home after you’ve been unwell, or just need support at certain times – for example, at night or at weekends. Or maybe family members need support.
Quality care and more
We’re flexible, and can offer as much or as little help as you need. That includes care that enriches your life as well as supporting your well-being. We’re committed to helping you enjoy social activities and follow your interests. We’ll involve your loved ones and make sure they’re informed, included and reassured. And we’ll help you care for your pets as well – we know they’re important family members too.
We’re committed to giving you exceptional care, helping you stay independent and lead a full and active life. And we’re always here for you. When we start supporting you, you become part of our Vitality family.
