Vitality have looked after both my Mum and Step Dad during the Covid period,
They have provided excellent care, continuity of staff, and having Dr Sahota, to talk to at any time, has been a real help, So easy to talk to. He has been able to get the GPs to assist where I have struggled. He has helped me personally listening to me as I live a fair way from my Parent's so has given me the confidence that their care is spot on!
The Manager Sharon is absolutely awesome, she is incredibly caring, listens to the need of both myself and my Parents, All the staff were so compassionate when I lost Mum, and have been amazing with my Step Dad.

I knew from first contact that this was the company i needed for my dads care, we had an in depth discussion on the care plan required and even when my dads need became more extensive again Vitality we quick to adjust the care plan to meet them, everything i have spoken with staff on all levels i have been treated with courtesy and respect just like the way they give their care
We would like to thank you all, especially the wonderful carers that have been supporting my mother-in-law for the last 5 weeks, since her discharge from hospital. I work within the care sector myself, for one of the local government authorities and have had many dealings with care agencies, but never on a personal level. Due to my mother-in-law’s sudden decline in health she now requires support with her daily care needs. Every single Vitality carer (Komal, Aman, Roopa, Manpreet, Jyoti, Prachi, Shabna and Chi) we have had so far have been angels, they are phenomenal & we are blessed to have them support us. The girls are all so professional and listen attentively to gain a better understanding of my 90 year old mother-in-law’s condition, as well as her state of mind. Their visits never feel rushed and they always stay until her needs are met, providing us all with the confidence in them that we need. They are professional and carry out each task meticulously, ensuring her dignity is maintained. The advice given to us by the medical director Dr Sahota, has also been extremely helpful and enabled us to make informed decisions. Thank you for sending such angels to support her and enable us to adjust to these changes. We are truly grateful 🙏🏼
Vitality have looked after both my parents for a year, sadly my mum passed a few months ago, which was made a lot easier knowing I had a professional, caring company who could not do enough for her. The carers are very committed, loyal and genuinely care about their clients, along with management, giving the families peace of mind. Vitality Home Health responded quickly and sympathetically when we needed to arrange help for Mum when she came out of respite care to return home after an earlier fall. We felt listened to and understood and our options were clearly explained.
Mum has carers three times a day to help her wash and dress, supervise her medication and prepare meals. They are very good with her and happy to help with things like hoovering, putting the weekly wash on and putting the bins out for her.
A full record of every visit, including a photo of her meal, is uploaded in real-time to their computer system and we have been given access to view this. It is very reassuring to know how she is.
We would certainly recommend this service to anyone needing care.

One member of the team that specially stands out is Ellen. Every time we have had an issue in regard to mum, either when she has been in hospital and trying to gather information or dealing with her doctor and her medication Ellen has dealt with all these situations on our behalf and as far as we are concerned she has gone above and beyond her normal duties.

"I have received an absolutely marvelous service from Vitality Home Health. I cannot be luckier with the current care I have in place. Due to ongoing health concerns, having Live in care has definitely helped to maintain my safety at home. Initially, I started with just a cleaning visit once a week which has grown. Jaskirt is very good at supporting my needs. Recently, I have had numerous trips to the hospital and have had to stay in A&E. Arrangements where made for Jaskirt to visit me in hospital every day and listen to the treatments needed. This worked out very well as I was not alone. The care the is provided ensures that I have a good routine to follow and that nothing is missed or forgotten. Jaskirt is well attuned to my needs and has understood the rhythm of my life".

Nana the supervisor has kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process and is so approachable and helpful.
I am particularly impressed by the Open pass app which allows me access the carers notes to ensure care is being delivered as per care plan. It can also help to identify any potential problems to escalate.
All the carers have been kind and understanding with regards to my father's complex needs. Overall a really positive experience and I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for good quality care.
The Vitality team, over the last 3 years and under the superb guidance of their manager, Ellen, have looked after my mother superbly as she gradually packs down her earthly tent and wrestles with the ruthless challenges of Alzheimer’s coupled with total blindness. My parents wishes are to die together in their own home and Vitality is helping making this possible. All the team members are continually trained well (a real star carer is in the attached photo) and together we keep fine tuning their support to my mother’s ever evolving needs from wheel chair support to now being bed bound. My mother (and father who has dementia also) always feels safe and supported in her home with waking night care and care visits throughout the day from Vitality that give me and the live in carer real respite. Top tip - Keep working with your care team members and never give up - they will honour you and your loved ones. We are forever grateful for their remarkable support.

Thank you so much, it was really unexpected and we were all so touched, especially by the amount of people who contributed to the card.
