Whatever your individual healthcare needs, it’s our mission to help you stay as independent as possible and lead an active and rewarding life. Our care is GP-supported and all our caregivers are highly trained and experienced in supporting people with a wide range of conditions with our specialist care.
Who do we support?
If you need specialist support or nursing at home, we’re here for you. Perhaps you or a loved one has a progressive illness, such as dementia, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s or motor neurone disease (MND). Maybe you have a chronic condition, such as diabetes. It may be that you have an unpredictable condition where you tend to have good days and difficult days, such as arthritis or MS. Or maybe you need some highly specialised care because you’ve had a stroke, a spinal cord injury, you have cancer or you need palliative care (pain relief and care for life-threatening illnesses).
Our specialist care packages are flexible
Do you need short-term care after a hospital stay, to give a family member a break or to help you adjust at home after you’ve been unwell? Or do you need long-term support at certain times – for example, every day, at night or at weekends? We can offer as much or as little help as you need.
We’re committed to providing personalised care
When you first sign up with us, we’ll take the time to get to know you. Then we’ll tailor our care and caregivers to match what you want and need, helping you get the most from every day. We’ll involve your loved ones and make sure they’re informed, included and reassured. And we’ll help you care for your pets as well – we know they’re an important part of your family.
And we’re always here for you. As soon as we start supporting you, you become part of our Vitality family.
